I added this to my favorites because it is cool. It almost looks like you used some 3D in this, or is it all just painted in photoshop?

Brings the Shire to mind. Love all that green and the rolling hills. :)

This is just wonderful, i love how you make the tranquility equal to the chaos in the background. The cumulus clouds have the perfect coloration, and the cirrus clouds in the corner really add the realistic feel. It would have been more intimidating if you were to create a cumulonimbus clouds instead of just cumulus clouds, however, i cant be the one to talk as i cannot compare myself in any way to this beauty.
I also love your eye for detail; the rushing water, which appears to be moving away from the storm (very clever), and i love the trees; they seem old, but strong, almost as if symbolizing the hope and strength needed to battle the storm at its peak. The two villagers also appear to be comforted by the trees as they walk on the simple dirt path. And what interests me is why you drew those two specific trees much "stranger" than all the other trees in this image.
Another thing which i have just notices is the almost glowing butterfly, fluttering its silver wings without a care. This only adds onto the beauty of destruction and tranquility. Were you perhaps trying to make an indirect symbolism of the two sides of the human nature (peace and violence) in a constant battle against one another, and the way we, as humans, have to face both of these aspects of ourselves, and only have a thin border between the two. If broken, we will either be taken over by chaos, or by our peaceful, yet fragile, nature.
Very well done, you have earned yourself a deserved watcher as well as a favorite. Very nice, keep up the amazing masterpieces!
